NOV! is it great eastern run dear? I joining that too!!!
My routine is really boring, I jog around my neighbourhood about 2-3 times a week. I have about 3-4 routes that i usually do according to mood and time. I do 30-45 mins short routes and a longer route up to 10km a week. On days where I'm lazy to run, I hit the gym for cardio. Its about enjoying and I like it, so it issnt a chore to me!! There's still 6 months away still got alot of time.. just start running easy from 2km onwards and slowly build up according to mood!! my speed issnt very fast but my BF has taught me to do interval training. Which means to sprint very fast, then stop then do it again, super tiring but trains stamina!! :) -
actually you are not alone i have many friends who said the same thing. i get tired of calling but yet we NEED THEM RIGHT?? argh huggggggggggggggggs. lets hope they get better okay? cross fingers.

yes babe i feel you!! u sound so angry! their tracking system is useless and its still the same old shit even though i pick up today!! and CS is super rude also right?! seriously such monpoly should be demolished!!! shalll not b as angst but im very angry too!

hi dear. really really flattered by your comments but im very very normal really :) its all about perspective and being happy with what you have! :D
running is easy, you just need a shoes and you can go as far as you want, dont think about the distance but focus on the process! the distance issn't impt, be it 5 10 or 42! i did 2 10km, before going on to 21 and now 42, just to challenge my mind. don't give up will cheer u on!!! :D let me know how it goes babe -
First train or mostly cabs :P Usually the flag off is 6am or 7am, so I must really drag myself up and resist sleeping in.. transport is not a problem but to say BYEBYE to your bed and think of running that is challenging!
-
normal, smooch has never ever failed on me :)
-
yes i bought black/cobalt after thinking so long!! north east area! :D
-
yes coz sometimes planning in advance takes effort and sometimes in the morn, i might not like what was picked out the day before. so usually i just grab either a dress (with a statement necklace) and heels that will complement, or a top with matching bottom and heels. very standard so very fast!! weekends take me longer hehe :D

Hi babe! To prevent stitches, best way is to take deep, full "belly breaths" while running like blowing of bday candles. If you take a lot of shallow breaths, it will allow your diaphragm (spelling?) to feel stressed and caused stitches! Also, do warm-ups before running and stretches :) Here's a link. http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_1/126.shtml
Other tips to include will be when you go downhill, don't run too fast if not your breathe not controlled. And don't eat within 1 hour of running and stay hydrated! :)
