I speak the universal language of oppression and salvation.

    3. Exiled God

The sun has come up every morning for as far back as I can remember and although there is no way to prove it, it's reasonable to assume that it will come up tomorrow. All those people who clamor that these are the last days and the end is nigh are wrong, as they always have been.

One day, of course, the sun won't come up. And the latest pack of doom-mongers will scream in the streets: "I told you so!" Which goes to show that for some people, even when they're right, they're wrong.

    4. Exiled God

You can provide your life with some meaning, if you like; but that in itself is meaningless. You can only achieve real meaning once you acknowledge something greater than yourself; that you are part of a greater whole; that true meaning can only be found within that framework; and that your god has a plan for you.

      You have a destiny!

And remember: To listen requires a voice, for what needs to be known requires us to ask.

    5. Exiled God

As far back as I can remember, I always wanted to be a god. Being a god was better than being president of the United States. Even before I went to the cabstand for an after-school job, I knew I wanted to be one of them.

It was there that I knew I belonged. To me, it meant being somebody in a neighborhood full of nobodies. They weren't like anybody else. They did whatever they wanted. They parked in front of hydrants and never got a ticket. When they played cards all night, nobody ever called the cops.

You will not find it anywhere. When you are ready, it will find you.
