brooklyn is less expensive. basically from what I've gathered: it is really easy to spend a lot of money living here, but if you make an effort it is possible to have a pretty inexpensive lifestyle

Inking probably! It feels the most active and intense. Pencilling is fun for the looseness and creativity; coloring is ok but I hate staring at a computer for too long.

I liked the myst games a lot but it's been a while since I played them. Shadow of the Colossus and Zelda: Wind Waker, secondarily. I have not played a ton of video games.

well if you are an adult and live in a place where you don't need a car, tell them that I guess. also tell them we'll be out of oil before too long and it will be impossible for anyone to rely on cars for personal transportation so there's that.

best of luck to you on the comic!! I am a busy person and don't have time to do that sort of thing though.

I like to present the pages themselves with no other noise around them. And I like having complete control of everything on the website itself.

I intend for Overside to be completely self-published so I can relinquish no part of my complete tyrannical control of it. Benign Kingdom might be a place for work that falls outside of my (and our) main projects.

I have never done stuffed things you are mistaken! This is something that could happen; the only reason I haven't put much work into figuring it out is that it doesn't interest me as much as books.

yes those of us who will be at TCAF will have our Benign Kingdom books with us there, yes. The Kickstarter is raising money to print thousands of these things!

Thanks!
They just do! It's external to the needs of the story, I think, to have a linguistic divide there. It's an invented setting, but that doesn't mean it needs to behave exactly like it would if it were real. It ain't real, it's a storytelling tool. -
Order of Tales book is scheduled to be available in time for MoCCA and TCAF. Benign Kingdom also! They should be arriving at about the same time in April.

thank you! you are not creepy! please don't self-deprecatingly call yourself creepy!
i want to do that show again; hopefully can work that out somehow -
People who do webcomics and aim to be self-sufficient at it tend to go to a lot of comic conventions and meet each other.
