      Err well isn't sociopathy and stuff like that genetic? But trauma can lead to them being corrupted.

      I find it funny that some people bring up invasion of privacy in debate #72. Facebook is public, and if the kids are minors, parents are responsible for a child's safety until they are legal age.

      Rehabilitation... chances are they shouldn't be in jail anyway (drugs,etc.)
