      I know. And it doesn't help that my really, really close guy friend lives in Aomori, which is one of the places affected. I haven't been able to get in touch with him yet, and I'm so so worried... ;_;

      I am absolutely heartbroken. So far, no word, but some friends are going over next month for their exchanges, so I don't know if their trips will be delayed or not... :'(

      it's so sad, it just makes me want to cry, i can't even watch it on the news. so much bad stuff is going on in the world right now.
