pricing, i find it hard to give a price i find reasonable and they always seem to be able to get the price lower then what i asked. And as far as gear, what is better lens?
I do believe in pricing for your market, but I also believe in pricing for what you think your worth. Add up all the expense and time its going to take you and cost you. Never sell yourself short. I think I started out charging around $100 a session when I was a new photographer, and then just went up from there. My most used and favorite lens is my 85mm 1.8, and I also love my 50mm 1.4.
