      Yeah that makes sense. Well I myself am a drummer as well and that's kinda my approach too, no specific influence, just play what feels right. But you're definitely one of my favorite drummers =)

      What are you're influences? Like for being a musician period and for being an amazing drummer?

      I'm influenced by a wide variety of things. Anything that sounds good to my ears. I don't rly consciously and specifically pull my influences. I just kinda let it happen ya know? Kinda like how they say you won't find love if you're looking for it.

      hey, i dont think you'd remember this but end of the last year on the NO SLEEP TIL tour in brisbane you threw me one of your drum sticks at the end of the show and it was broken in half, i've always wondered.. how'd you break it?

      Sometimes I break sticks in half by grabbing one end and stepping on the other end so two people can enjoy the pleasure of one stick:D

      what heads do you use for your drums or what do you prefer?

      For live purposes I've been jammin on powerstroke 3's for kick, remo emperor x for snare. Evans clear ec2's on top of toms, and either evans g1's or remo ambassadors on the bottom. Remo hazy ambassador for bottom snare

      what rig do you use for your headphone/ backing track?

      Our backing track is run thru logic pro and for the headphones I use a little $90 mackie mixer

      What's your favorite sabian cymbal that made you start using them and what limes from them do you plan on using ?

      The Hhx groove ride and aax metal crashes is what got me into it. I enjoy the aax crashes, aa splashes, and the Hhx ride.
