John Adams by David McCullough is one of my favorites. Silent Spring by Rachel Carson started the environmental movement in the 60's. The Prince by Niccolo Machiavelli.

Ha ha ha! I actually think I'm going to post it next week as a pre-BEA post. It is crazy busy. Can't wait to stand in signing lines for hours and hours.
-
They are unobtrusive and I like them.
-
Play with my daughter, cook, play the computer, garden, tend the chickens. Lots of stuff.
-
Whatever works for you. I don't mind either way.
-
Kind of. Though, I never get quite friendly enough that it is a problem. And I certainly don't tag them in my tweet about the review.
-
I am going. Definitely would love a copy of Falling Kingdoms. And Palace of Stone.
-
Hmmm. Not really a sequel, but I'd say Nightspell by Leah Cypess
-
I use Inkscape and love it.
-
It is invitation only. You might want to see if you can get on the wait list. Reading Teen and Novel Thoughts are organizing it.
-
I have not gone before. But I guess it's up to you if you'd like to go.
-
Nope. You can drop by and visit any time
-
The exhibit hall closes at 5 I think? But you can leave whenever you'd like. There are other fun things to do in the evening as well. Just chat up other bloggers in line and see if you can't find people to hang with.
-
Don't bring any of your own books to have signed. They will have galleys or finished copies available.
-
Would you believe that I'm not behind at all? I do have reading to catch up on though.
-
I am going to BEA this year. My advice? Relax and enjoy yourself. Talk to people in line, and be courteous.
-
I'm reading Nightspell by Leah Cypess right now. I like it! It's got a definite creepy vibe. I'm also listening to Shadows on the Moon by Zoe Marriott. It's FANTASTIC!

I write plenty of critical reviews. However, I do not publish any review on my blog that I rate less than 3 stars. I do post them on goodreads, however. They don't go on my blog because I made the decision that if I didn't have something positive to say about a book, then it wasn't going to go on the blog.
