Do you think that you can be in recovery but not be at your ideal body weight or do you think that recovery does not really begin until you get to whatever weight that may be at? Just curious on others thoughts..I have my own opinion.
Yes, I think that to be "in recovery" you can be below your ideal weight. I don't think you can be skeletal, but I think you can be working towards your ideal weight. Your mindset and your behaviors matter a great deal. And I agree, to be RECOVERED you cannot be underweight.
