That people wanted to see the good instead of the bad, because if they wanted to see the good and found that interesting then maybe they'd look for it and try to create it rather than doing the same for bad things.

I'm not saying I wish people would ignore or overlook the bad, just that they'd spend more time trying to find good and appreciate it enough that they wanted to do good things as well.
