I think I'll stop there.

I don't particularly like or dislike her. I've only ever walked past her once on oxford street and I follow her on twitter; she seems cool and very tall and blonde.

    4. Sophie Rose

Thanks! You've made me realise that my online portfolio is entirely different from the one I bring with me to castings, I hadn't even seen most of those images until now. That photo is a bit 'pretty' for my tastes but I sort of like the next one.

    5. Sophie Rose

It's all subjective; I am not happy and many people regard me as unattractive and arrogant. You don't owe anything, specifically beauty to anyone - not even yourself- so don't feel bad.

    6. Sophie Rose

I've only ever been scouted once and it just happened to be on a busy street by one of the biggest agencies in the world. I suppose I was lucky that they saw some form of potential in me from a distance as no one else has since! I think it's quite common for working models to be approached by scouts regularly ( I know many girls who it happens to ridiculously often) but I doubt it's awkward, they're just doing their job.

    7. Sophie Rose

Thank you! They were taken last week on one of the booker's ipods so they're relatively new haha. I don't dislike the photographs any more than usual -although I'd just had my hair hacked off and curled cheryl cole style so I was really self conscious- but I find the writing in the post hilarious.

    8. Sophie Rose

Most likely not because it's better value to houseshare, if I'm in a model apartment I definitely won't be alone.

That I have a free and easy attitude, worshippable bone structure and that I'm getting ready to rock and roll. Apparently.

Working on being friendlier and less 'cool' ( this was not my own idea), visits to Cambridge, castings, the odd fitting or shoot, sorting out stuff for this year ( new York, interrailing...), retrieving £1500 of stolen money, obsessively reading Just Kids again, eating more healthily, reevaluating, ignoring half my family, spending more than a month's rent on train tickets in a week and therefore looking seriously into moving out.. Something's changing.

    13. Sophie Rose

Well today I wore lots of factor 50 sunscreen, a 60s suede mini skirt, a black cashmere vest with loose silk sleeves and a bow ( undone), black socks and oxblood patent loafers although everyone in London seemed to be repulsed by my shoes.

    14. Sophie Rose

Yes a couple but the bitchiness is because they're generally bitchy people and not necessarily because they're models. They're easier to put up with than girls who moan incessantly about weight gain/ eating too much food on holiday and then expect me to join in with some sort of attention seeking self hatred of my own.

    15. Sophie Rose

No one. I don't know whether it's because I don't forgive or I don't hold grudges in the first place.

    16. Sophie Rose

"it's easier if you don't keep everything to yourself.", "sometimes it's better just to get it done, not care about the end result and move on" and many more to the same effect.

    17. Sophie Rose

Yes they do. I actually think a large part of the industry is made up of smaller girls saying they're 5'9+ and taller girls saying they're 5'11 - but it's the agencies that alter measurements, not the girls.

I'd buy half a metre of fabric (doubled up), sew together the open side from the inside out to make a tube, then hem the bottom and sew some medium width elastic into a waistband. With stretchy fabrics it's best to use a zig zag stitch and try not to pull when feeding the fabric through the sewing machine. x

I didn't. She stands in a way which is very similar to me but I don't think we look particularly alike.
