Sexual repression saddens me. It shouldn't be as difficult as it for young and old americans to express their sexualities. Sexual orientation, technically, can be defined by a person themselves by just saying it. But, psychologically, the two may not coexist if they aren't agreeing with one another. If someone is saying they are straight but the aren't really, it's most likely due to their home life, friends, family, and a large portion of guilt can be placed on the stupidity of society as a whole. One is easily persuaded by the crowd, and currently God is in control in american politics. Human rights shouldn't be affected by bible. One thing cannot be obeyed more than the other. Leviticus isn't the only section of rules there. Ultimately, sexual repression could be avoided, which would avoid all kinds of problems. Like suicide, and depression, and loneliness to name a few.
Complete promiscuity can be summed up with one thing, insecurity. COMPLETE promiscuity, that is. Most promiscuous males and females at some point in their lives will fall away from this, but many don't. Sometimes it can make you quite successful. Why stop when it works for you? I feel somewhat on the other side of that though. If you can make money off of yourself, does that make you a bad person?
Complete promiscuity in itself is an obvious fix, build your own self confidence, and build you. No one can make your life as happy for you as you can, never forget that. -
