Those answering Linux to "Linux, Mac, or Windows?", would it interest you to know that Ubuntu isn't Linux (it's only one of the many distributions available), and that it's not the only distribution available that's fast and easily configured?

Aye, I know that. My first Linux distro was Knoppix, a KDE variant.
