Wow. I would have chosen Temptation Island. I would have of course brought Shawn as my partner. Limited items would be my camera, my phone, and my iPod - and a charger for all of the above. That way I could indulge my love of photography, text people to update them, and have movies, music, and books all at my finger tips so I could read or watch whatever I wanted to when I wasn't having to be "on" as it were.
