i don't like to watch the news, it really depresses me and i tend to get really caught up in everyone's emotions and i just end up in an emotional redraw about five minutes into the newest story

pros: you live forever, you can watch the world warp and change with time

cons: you watch everyone you love die, over and over and over again. also the older you get, your concept of time slowly gets faster and faster (which is why every year feels faster than the last), so eventually one year will feel like one second to you. it's generally an unpleasant and unwanted idea power
