I don't know? Who's that?
-
Yes? Well I mean, I know about it and read about it.

I dunno if that's what you mean, but the place where I go the most often is on Mount Royal Street, here in Montreal, where I go to the comics store, then the used book store, then the DVD store, then I go eat asian fast food at Yoy. This circuit is my feel-good circuit.

In NY or at my parents'. When I get vacations. Which is not often.
-
Yep, twice to New York. I love NY.

How I met your mother. It's just sad nowadays.
-
Because like me, you spent waaay too much time playing games. :D

I'd eat dinner with the King from Katamari Damacy, and I'd go roll some sushis with him.

Hmm... I don't read graphic design books per se. I do look at lots of magazines (and I buy some when I have extra money, but they're expensive...) like Print, HOW, Computer Arts (which is way too expensive because of that stupid pointless CD) and the expensive but oh so wonderful Communication Arts, which divides issues in different categories, like illustration, photo, and the most useful one, Interactive Design.
Every single day I check about 12 different design websites. I think that routine is just as good as reading a bunch of design books, as you train your brain to see what works well, what you can build upon, what's not so original. Here's a few I visit every day:
- Drawn!
- Acreativeuniverse.com
- DesignYouTrust.com
- Booooooom.com
- Fubiz.net
- Designporn.ca
- Zeemp
