Well since it's 9am... I'll tell you what I had yesterday. For breakfast I had two soon kueh, and an apple. After that I had half a pack of biscuits. For lunch I had noodles and eggs and mushroom in soup, and finished the other half pack of my biscuits. And for dinner I had fried chicken and stir-fried greens and rice. For supper I had cranberry bread slices and another apple.

!! Have you seen me in person? I gained weight! I didn't cross check with the weighing scale though, just general remarks from my friends and family. It's impossible to not gain weight in Beijing, especially when you're there for 6 weeks. The food is (((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o))) And because it's not as costly as in sgp, I exercised zero control hahaha. I believe the excess weight will slowly but surely melt away!
