Unless she's trying to pass her Balenciaga off as real then I don't see where's the problem. If you really love her as a friend, then I don't see how she likes to edit her boobs is affecting you as well. Ask yourself, do you really can't stand her because you think she's fake, or because all these things that she does, makes her seem better than you? What is it that's bothering you? Because for me, when someone is fake, I won't be friend with her at the first place, and I won't say things like "I love her as a friend". I think what you should do is, figure out what's really bothering you, and if you really love her as a friend like you claimed to be, then change your mindset.

Maintenance wise it's very expensive in the long run because we shouldn't stop once we started otherwise it'd all go to waste. Price varies from different brand and different mg. I'm drinking it because I'm working late everyday. And I'm just around the corner to saying hi to ageing. I'm pretty sure there are cheaper alternatives to acne scars. :)
