That's an odd vector of a question. I was a fan from the very first episode. But even if I wasn't, I act for a living, and I would have taken the role. It definitely helped to be a fan.

But I don't think anyone rejects a role at my stage of a career. It's not "just" doing it for the sake of acting, it's "doing" it, period.
