Wakes up -> turns off alarm -> goes back to sleep -> if it's weekdays, I'd wake up again in 5-10 minutes later, in weekends it's about 1-2 hour later -> wash my face -> breakfast -> lalala lilili lululu~

I have. And I have heard some of the songs too. I think they're good~

Usually I'd try to shift those negative thoughts. Singing, fangirling, chatting, talking to parents or friends, anything. As long as I can (temporarily) forget the depression. If I'm not in the mood to do all that, I'll just curl up inside my blanket, convincing myself to think positive, encouraging myself endlessly. While at that, I'd type a lot of things on my phone, be it on my private twitter, tumblr, or my online diary (livejournal). I'll definitely cry in those moments because if I hold it back it'll be even more painful. When my tears are flowing down, I'd pray to God to give me strength. After that, I'd feel calmer. Then I take a pray and have a nice sleep~ because if I let myself stay awake, those depressing thoughts will come again. That's how I manage to control my depression these days. But each person has different method.
How are you now? I hope you're okay >< please feel free to ask me/talk to me about treatments or anything. I'm still in a middle of my own recovery, but if I can help you even the slightest, I will be very happy. -
