Hoping to finally kick this flu to the curb once and for all, so that I can TRY to enjoy what's left of the weekend, and my day off work. Also, looking forward to vacation at the end of month.... sooo ... soooo overdue.

I have been asked this many times... and I think I'm finally getting to that point where I'm ready to take the plunge again. I feel that, in a world where everyone and their mother considers themselves a blogger, I'm not sure I have something of true value to contribute to the interwebs... but, alas, there are more thoughts in my head than I know what to do with... so prepare yourself, because there is a blogapalooza coming your way!

Wasn't to get 'popularity', that's for sure... but yes, I was playing a part, and sticking to what I was prompted to react to and talk about.... It's been an interesting experience seeing the show with my friends and family, all who loved the show as they know who I really am... and the 'buzz' that my week of episodes stirred.... so much controversy, so much drama, so many negative comments..... had this been a show like Survivor or Big Brother, I would have been a 'hit'.... but their demographic is completely different. I had a great time at the end of the week, and outside of the countless hours of editing.... we all actually did get along and after all the cameras were gone stayed together for a last drink.... some of us have kept in touch with one another as well. It's TV... it made for good ratings, it raised a LOT of discussion, and was funny to watch something so opposite of who I am seem so... 'natural'...

I am inspired by creativity, kindness, quick wit and ambition. I am inspired by those who make opportunities for themselves instead of waiting for them to be given to them... those who are driven and motivated enough to go after what they want, even at the risk of failing. I am also inspired by those who care about extending their reach beyond themselves and pass on knowledge or services to others so that they can reach their full potential too.

Getting out of a hot shower to reach for my towel and be instantly frozen cold. I wish I had a bathroom robot that would fetch me a towel! I always stall in getting out of the bath when I know the second I pull the curtain it's going to feel like I'm in the artic!

sweet potato fries. the 'fried' part is the issue, not so much the sweet potato. I could eat them all day so that'd definitely be one of the hardest to give up!
