most of that "complaining" was meant to be in good humor. i dont recall going around like OMG NO ONE LIKES ME FOREVER ALONE. we all get a little lonely sometimes - no matter how many significant others we've had. i never said my situation was worse than anyone else's, and i'm allowed to feel however i feel and i'm not going to feel guilty about it

meeting new people and actually being compatible with them is quite rare. i've really only met guys at concerts and through friends. it's tough, but if you stay open-minded and friendly, it'll work out sometime. and as for being awkward - the best way to overcome awkward is to convince yourself that it doesn't exist. i do some pretty weird things - we all do. just own whatever you're doing - you are only as awkward as you think you are.

hah well, i don't know all too much about that situation, but i'd suggest just trying to hangout with him more. talk to him, invite him/ your friends to go do things, he might feel the same way, you just gotta start pushing the limits a bit. and if he doesnt reciprocate, then on to da next one ~

hehe thank you (: and welp, my best advice would be to just be patient and be a friend. you want a guy that can be your friend and your boyfriend and in order to that, you have to make friends first. like - don't go into every situation thinking that this is gonna be your soul mate. just be relaxed and yourself, hang out with friends, have fun :D and also, you'll go through a bunch of idiots before you get to someone that makes you happy, so patience is a virtue :P

1. i was at a concert and someone pointed at me and said "youtube" and i was like waaaaa and waved and walked away.. they messaged me later :P
2. at prom one of the people working there came up to me.... they said they were sure it was me because of my dance moves..
3. i was at a college visit and someone behind me goes "excuse me... do you make videos on youtube?" and i'm like... :D YESSS hehe. i wish i coulda stayed and talked with them but i had to go :( -
