Defying Gravity. I think I'll try defying gravity.
;) -
Bethan: Depends on the platform. For Nintendo DS it's Pokemon, for computer it's Age of Empires II and for Playstation 2 it's Harry Potter. Or Singstar.
Elle: Pokemon. And Age of Empires II. Aaaand Project Zero is terrifying on Playstation 2. -
Bethan: Probably Tom Baker. But I've met the Merlin cast as well and Craig Charles. Oh, and I met Charlie Dimmock when I was about 8.
Elle: I work at a theatre, so... I've met a lot of famous people lately. As well as people I've gone out of my way to see (the Merlin Cast, Craig Charles, Tony Robinson), I've worked with Micky Flanagan, The Hamsters, Georgie Fame and his sons, Paul Zerdin, Chris Addison, Sir Jonathan Miller and there's probably someone I've forgotten. I feel very privileged. -
None of us can choose our destiny, and none of us can escape it.
*g* -
If we're talking in terms of the BBC show, Leon is my favourite because he's the only recurring knight and is practically immortal. But Arthur is awesome because he's less of a prat and you can see the King he's going to become. Lancelot is noble and adorable and Gwaine is just BAMF UNF etc
...what? You were all thinking it ;P -
Camelot! ...On second thoughts, let's not go to Camelot. It is a silly place.
...2008, when they were looking for runners for their brand new show... *dragonvoice* MERLIN. -
I dunno, probably Gwen - but they'd have made an awesome Queen-team, don't you think?
-
Lancelot. Sorry Arthur, you just... well, you're a prat.
-
Maaaybe. Maaaaybeeee not. >:3

Bethan: I'd say play because I love what we're doing, I love the travel and the legend and meeting new people and going to new and exciting places. Work to me (at the moment) is something repetative and tedious and this certainly isn't that.
Elle: Play, until I get behind that is. -
Bethan: A Ravenclaw with a strong Hufflepuff side. And with the occasional hero complex of a Gryffindor. No, I can't answer this without using Harry Potter comparisons ;p
Elle: The best way to describe our personalities is probably to show you our videos. Yeah, we're really like that.
Bethan: ...that works too. -
Bethan: Radio DJ or something in the West End. Ooh, something where I got to travel would be good too.
Elle: Dunno. Mucking about with a video camera and no boss, perhaps - freelance video journalism? -
Not if I take my medication.
Aroooo! -
Hey, we never claimed to talk like regular students ;P
-
Bethan: Pierrefonds. I'd also quite like to do a road trip of parts of Europe like France, Germany, Greece, Italy etc. But it'd be nice to go to America or Australia. Or New Zealand.
Elle: Pierrefonds. Or anywhere in France. Maybe Canada or New Zealand too. -
Well, when they discovered Arthur's grave they found the body of both a man and a woman. They explained the second body as his wife, Guinevere, but if I'm honest I have my doubts.
Guinevere was most likely banished from Camelot when her affair with Lancelot was discovered and that was probably a good few years before Arthur's death at Camlan. I can't imagine they would have been on particularly good terms, so why would they have been buried together? It seems a little cruel to me ;P -
We're not sure to be honest. While we were pretty convinced it wasn't before we went there, we're a little uncertain now. There's no way of knowing either way right now so we're keeping an open mind. The "flower thing" was us paying our respects to the Once and Future King. Even if he's not burried there I'm sure he appreciated the gesture.

Defying Legend’s Bio
Bethan and Ellie: Two girls, two cameras, one year (so far!). We make video diaries. Ask us about them!
