Hi lovely! I'm so sorry it's taken me so long to reply to this, I hope you'll still see my answer <3
To answer your question, yes, most definitely, acupuncture can help with these things. A lot of my own patients have tended to need more treatment for emotional conditions than physical so I've had a lot of practice and seen really great results. The reason acupuncture works so well with things like depression and anxiety is that it can target the energetic cause of the problem, which we would call the syndrome pattern, as well as help to make you feel calm and more in control quickly, within the treatment itself.
It works really well alongside therapy as well because you're sort of tackling it from all sides. We acupuncturist folk tend to be friendly to talk to as well so they'll likely be able to chat to you about your feelings which just by itself can really help.
I wish you so much good luck with it all my sweetling *big hugs* xxx -
I still am :) I don't think I'll ever leave LJ, I've been there a long time now!

My dad was born in Malaysia although my family tree is somewhat confusing, my grandfather was born in England and moved to Malaysia where he met my grandmother who was born in India, but I don't know whether my grandmother is of Indian descent or whether she also moved from England. My dad and his brother and sister were all born in Malaysia, in different parts. They moved to England when my dad was about 10.

Thank you dear heart ^^
The best tip I can give right now is to really take your time when you walk somewhere, don't let the world or others make you feel like you have to rush along just to get out of the way (I feel like that happens a lot). Take the time to look around and really soak in everything around you, look for your favourite parts of what you see and what's going on like if the wind is blowing and it feels refreshing, or it's just rained or it's sunny, if you can see flowers or animals that you like, or someone is wearing an awesome outfit, or you can smell something lovely like fresh baking. I really think there is magic all around us but we can condition ourselves not to see it because so many people don't acknowledge that it's there, but even small things can be magical. -

hehehe thank you! Although I do like the newer pokés too I don't think anything will ever be quite as good as the original 151 to me, perhaps it's nostalgia.

This is a really difficult question, I'm really trying to ponder it out! I think in honesty I would be okay with giving up/giving away many things, not that I would enjoy it perse, but I could do it. One thing I could never part with... my What a Mess and the Cat Next Door book. My Nannie bought it for me especially just before she died, it was a book I adored as a little girl and I would always ask my mum and dad to read it to me. It means so much to me that my Nannie got it for me because it was hard to find and it's such an integral piece of my childhood, I want to read it to my children like my mum and dad did to me. It feels like it connects me with my Nannie (my grandmother on my mum's side) and my mum, I want to pass it down.

I adore Ghibli films, especially My Neighbour Totoro, Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea and Kiki's Delivery Service, I love The Witch of the West is Dead, the Harry Potter films (I know people think the acting is bad but I love them anyway)... there are so many but I'm terrible at remembering all their names.

Steven is studying his Masters in English Literature but he's not sure exactly what he wants to do for a career path yet.
We have discussed things like that yes, it all really depends on who would have the higher paying job as to who would be the breadwinner I suppose, in the field of Acupuncture that would probably be me but I might not stick with that forever so it might be him at some point. I think we would probably split the roles, i.e the main rent payer, the main bill payer etc. to even it out so one person doesn't pay more than the other (not excessively anyway). We definitely want to keep it equal and fair. As for other things, like children, I think that will have to be decided more at the time since those types of things are a bit more fluid. -
Oh I have so many! Hm, it's simple but I think my favourite memory is of sitting outside in the Spring and planting all my baby tomatoes into bigger pots, sitting in a chair and just devoting all my attention to not snapping their stalks and moving them gently. Steven was pottering around me planting all sorts of things and his hands were muddy, I think he had dirt on his face! We had just gotten a little greenhouse and set it up and were super excited about putting plants in it, it was lovely.

Not yet :) we've talked about it a lot though and we're planning to get engaged once we're in the financial position to do so, and to get married.

hehe well thank you! How lovely of you to say you feel a kindred spirit in me. I have taken the test before but I forgot what result I got so I just took it again and got INFJ so very close!

Oh I'm so glad when somebody else likes him too! He is so talented <3
You would be correct, I do like Final Fantasy. My favourite game is X because it's the first one I played, I actually haven't played 7 though which I need to remedy! -
Thank you for your compliment ^_^ I know I post a lot of pictures and it's probably too many for some people but in all honesty that is my choices narrowed down! I take a looot of pictures every time, mostly because a lot of them get cut out, hence a lot of them end up on my blog too.

In ten years time I will be 30, by then I'd like to have a stable job, be married and hopefully have started a family ^^ I'd like to travel before I have any children so hopefully I will have been to a few countries by that time, I'd love to go back to Tokyo again for instance and visit some friends in other countries.
I'd like to do something from home too, maybe something like making an selling something, continuing with my website, making more artwork, write a short novel... many things! -
I definitely do, 100%. My own view is that you can have a lot of soul mates, I call them my souls friend instead of soul mate because to me it seems more true to what I think it means.
For me a soul mate, or soul friend, is someone that clicks with you, your spirits mesh together in a way that is different from other spirits. I think you can just... feel it when this happens or at least I've generally been able to feel something tangible whenever I've met this type of person in my life. I don't believe that being soul mates with someone necessarily means you will always be with them in life, people float around, but I think it sometimes leads you back to eachother and if you still feel connected to that person in the same way I believe it can be used to get back to them in some way.
