I did. I was a catcher for most of the time, but I also played first base, third base, and outfield from time to time. Catching was by far my favorite spot, though.

Dying of old age would be nice, I guess. I don't want to die violently or of cancer, but those are my only stipulations, really.

if it does, it's not going to be because the Mayans ~predicted~ it all those years ago. i have a feeling the "end of the world" will be a lot more sudden and unexpected.

yes, i played softball for eight years and i played for several different teams. it's really impossible to say who the best and worst players on a team are, because in softball you really have to work together to do well. i'd say the best teammates i've ever had were the ones who always pulled their weight and who encouraged others. the worst were the ones who did not care about the success of the team or who did not listen to constructive criticism.

I guess that depends on your definition of trouble, lol. I am quite opinionated about things but by the same token I also try to keep my opinions to myself when I feel like it's necessary. I don't try to make people uncomfortable on purpose, but it does happen.

Romantic languages, for sure, because I'm more familiar with them. Spanish in particular interests me. I'm not great at it, but I try. :) I also find languages that don't have much in common with English (like, say, Malaysian dialects or Sanskrit) to be pretty interesting.

I don't have one favorite, but I like most comedies. And The Notebook, Its A Wonderful Life, Titanic, and Breakfast at
Tiffany's are always good. :) -

Well, my favorite hot meal is probably ham & macaroni & cheese. Haha, kinda weird, but it sounds really quite good to me at the moment. :) -
Some of it! I used to be obsessed with Emily Dickenson's poetry, and I like some modern poets like Maya Angelou and Nikki Giovanni.
Left to my own devices, though, I don't read a lot of poetry anymore.
