I'd guess Gob will ride a Segway and the CEO's death could easily find its way in there. Not much is sacred in AD. Hell, we did the Tobias Analrapist joke..

Well, in the writer's room for Running Wilde, the hours were usually around 10am to 8pm or so. On set, I would usually leave to go to Long Island around 6am and get back to the hotel around 10pm.

I wasn't actually picked up. I stood on an apple box and was shoved down (and, to this day, it bothers me that I didn't put my hands out in front of me, which is the most natural reaction in the world) and then they cut to a shot from underneath the grate where I just pulled backwards while wearing the appliance.

God, so many. True Blood is right up my alley. South Park would have been a blast. The Walking Dead looks like a ton of fun. But I've also had a great time on the shows I've done. My Wife and Kids was a great experience working with Damon and Don Reo.

The makeup took about an hour and I wasn't nervous about the appliance of the makeup, but getting a cast made of my head so they could make the appliance was a little nervewracking. The KNB guys encased my entire head in some cold goop that hardened and stuck straws in my nose so I could breathe.

Pretty impossible to decide but I loved The Cabin Show, which was the season 3 premiere. Mitch Hurwitz and I were just talking about how incredibly dense it is with story. But if you were to ask me again in ten minutes, I'd probably have a different answer. As for running joke... the chicken dance always makes me laugh, but I'm simple that way. :)

Yes, but mostly on cable. Networks are in the "millions of eyes glued to sets" business, so their shows tend to try to be all things to all people. Cable comedies can survive with fewer viewers and can have a more specific, personal point of view.

I wrote a movie called Johnny Zombie (later made as the film My Boyfriend's Back) which was produced by Sean Cunningham, who also produced JGTH. I was working on staff for him at the time and when the script needed a big rewrite, he assigned it to me over a weekend. Crazy fun, actually.

Only 28 minutes a day for the English accent but over 7 hours a day making fun of his vaguely middle eastern accent.

Thanks! Even if it goes away, there are still a ton of great episodes that are shot and ready to air.

I did a big rewrite of JGTH mostly over a weekend. The plot was already set in stone (body-jumping) but I fleshed out a lot of stuff and added the character of Creighton Duke. As for acting in it, I was a nervous wreck and couldn't remember my dialogue but, since I was also the writer, I just made new stuff up on the day...

Major Payne. Had a blast, learned a lot about writing comedy (particularly about pushing boundries) and Damon Wayans became a great friend and we've done many things together since.

Drama? LOVED The Walking Dead, but Dexter's high up there, too. Mad Men, True Blood and Breaking Bad are also great, but they're not currently airing. Comedy? Probably 30 Rock is my favorite.

Thanks, man. Next episode up is called THE BEST MAN and it rocks. The show has really found its voice. Now we just have to keep it on the air...

Yes. Everyone wants to do it and the script is being worked on. There's no date yet, but everyone seems excited about it.
