you mean on the eyes? you have to use a primer to prevent your make up from smudging and last longer (not smudge proof though) if you don't wanna look like a panda, use liquid eyeliner as it dries up quickly unlike pencil/gel – they smudge easily. less is more; don't draw it like you're using crayon over your eyes
