Hi there! Thanks so much for reading! And yes, I've given much thought into a redefinition of "diva." I know it can have a negative connotation, depending on the context. Someone asked me this question two years ago and this is what I said: "GREAT question! Being a Diva is an attitude, a state of mind. It is about self-awareness, self-confidence, and self-motivation. These are all necessary qualities when you are trying to achieve your goals because there will be times when you are unsupported, or when it seems that no one has your back, so you have to believe in yourself and know that you can accomplish anything.
The entity that confirms this status is Hezoos Cristo! The Bible says I can do ALL things through Christ that strengthens me and that He made me fearfully and wonderfully. Because of that, I am fully equipped to do great things on this earth in His name.
That was a great question! Thanks for asking." Please let me know what your pastor said, I'd love to hear more about that! -
I definitely believe God creates life. The Bible says "without Him was not anything made." Nothing we can do will thwart the will of God. If a baby was meant to be born, it will be born. If the baby is not meant to be born, the baby won't be born...Thanks for your question!

Thanks for your question! I just wrote a post giving 5 tips for Celibate living. One of the ways I mention to direct your desires elsewhere is to pray for God to redirect your desires. Here's an example of what you can pray: "God, please transfer my unholy desire I’m struggling with into a holy desire for more of You. Let me yearn for you, and seek after you, and thirst for you more than I thirst for sin. Let me crave righteousness and a closeness with you more than I crave unholiness.” Isaiah 58:11 says that “the Lord will guide you and continually satisfy your desire.”
Other suggestions I give to fill your thoughts up with Him are to read the Bible (I recommend the book of Ephesians, since it is short and speaks on sexual sin, and Romans 6, which explains how we no longer HAVE to be slaves to sexual sin, but we have been empowered to choose the same holy life that Christ led, even after He was tempted.
In the comments, I also list some really great books to read, such as The Love Dare, The 5 Love Languages, Experiencing God, and The Christian Atheist.
I also suggest watching the music you listen to, which can contribute to impure sexual thoughts. I suggest having a worship playlist. Thinking on the awesomeness of God has the same effect as a cold shower: you gain new life perspective :) Staying out of environments where sex is promoted (i.e. the club) and avoiding engaging in entertainment where sex is promoted (television, movies, books, etc.) will help you to avoid temptation.

Urm "so many people" is in the eye of the stat beholder. But I do have a distinct media strategy. Some posts get picked up by a lot of people, some dont. But I'm doing all right for myself! I don't focus on that, though. I focus on content. Posts haunt me and I know I won't FEEL right unless I say this and put it out into the universe. It happens some that some people can relate or at least enjoy reading what I'm writing. But short answer is its a combination of strategy, content, and luck!

Thanks! Foster Care is an issue that was championed by my October Prototype, LaToya Foster. I'd definitely be interested in learning more about foster care.

there are so many! Idris Elba is definitely my prototype (please, straight Christian men of D.C. ---> GET LIKE HIM! i.e. sit in the sun. lol) I am also a fan of the Old Spice man at the moment. Denzel is my fine wine, & Tristan Wildes is who I'd like to train up in the way he should go :-D

hahahahahaha. Um, I do not hate Rihanna. I pity them both and understand what its like to be in a physically and emotionally abusive relationship, what its like not to want anyone to know, and what its like to feel like you can't get out, and the fear that if you leave, you will have nothing. So, again, I pity them both.
I hope they both have gotten the counseling they need to address their separate issues, and I am just thankful that nothing I did when I was 19 will define me for the rest of my life. I hope Chris can come back from this from a human, mental, spiritual, and emotional perspective. That is more important that his career rebounding. But, I do think he is talented, and I hope he can get it together.
