I think my co-host Devindra uses alphabetical or something like that. My collection is way too disorganized for anything even close to that, although I do try to keep HD-DVDs, Blu-Rays, and DVDs separate (and also to keep box sets/TV sets separate from everything else). That's the best I can do.
