There's protein in almost everything, but legumes, grains, yogurt and nuts are good sources. Fish is my personal favorite.

I don't really believe in superfoods, but staying away from sugar and loading up on fruits and veggies is a great idea. I wouldn't recommend any store bought juices, just eat fruit. Cherries, berries, plums, peaches, nectarines and apricots are all amazing right now. Green leafy veggies are always good (e.g. kale, broccoli, spinach, lettuce, etc.). For grains I love the hearty farro, as well as brown rice. Tomatoes are great this time of year :)

I try to get 7-8 hrs. I'm happy with 6. I can survive on 4.5 for a few days in a row.
