I am trying to set up a user friendly yet syncable project management system on my (hosted) website and have it sync calendars contacts and the like with my Macs and iPhones. I have no idea where to look and if it is possible. Any ideas where to start?

    2 way sync? Wow, I have no idea. You could certainly set up something like Basecamp and subscribe to the calendars [and Highrise for the contacts] otherwise, I might look into Daylight on the Mac, or Exchange on the PCs, or build it.
