(You're probably thinking of @MrPope. He won the Boston Phoenix's "Most Sideburns" of 2011 and is a rad dude.) -
When I Google Search "Ed Kuehnel" I get a sponsored ad for Erectile Dysfunction. I'm sure that's related to his Leisure Suit Larry work and not at all his bedroom performance or his fantastic ability to fish for compliments.

Tim Tams, duh. Our "cookie" is so superior that it's called a biscuit. We make fake ones to send to America so that we don't destroy your entire cookie/biscuit economy. You can even use a Tim Tam as a straw for a hot drink, and it will turn that drink into INSTANT CHOCOLATE AMAZING.

Zero. I think it's more a liquid lunch to either celebrate or commiserate reviews. Either way, drinking and food will be soon in an American-themed restaurant.

I'd remove Phish.
Design-wise? It's all pretty good and I'm pretty happy with the final product, which means the things I don't like are all super inside baseball design quirks. If I had to, I'd take another pass at band progression. I think we solved player progression and got multiple people across online and offline progressing with unique career and score data, but we kinda orphaned band/group progression to get that working.
It's a crazy order of magnitude to get that on bands too which is why we made the calls we did, but I think it'd be doable if we'd had an extra 6 months and made bands online entities that you contributed towards - kinda like what Cataclysm ended up doing with guild progression a couple of months later, but with a band. -
I'm kicking it normal for me. It just turns out that that's weird in Texas to not own a gun, eagle, hot dog griller, or Dale Earnhardt memorial Snuggie.

Through the magic of the US Visa process, I'm an Aussie ex-pat non resident living in Austin, TX. If you're going to steal my kidneys, at least buy me dinner first.

Zero spiders. Unlike Smash Mouth, I am honest about the quantity of objects I can fit in my mouth.

COLGATE MAXFRESH WITH BREATH STRIPS.
Truly, this is the future of the internet.
