I think I've answered this before? But maybe not not...Maybe I am afraid of being forgetful, or being paranoid!

But lets see... today I am afraid of:
Living a full life and getting to a ripe old age and having a tremendous amount of stories to tell, but no one to tell them to.

**edit: I HAVE answered this! I see it now lower on the page. Not forgetting things yet, hooray!

well, my name is pretty unique, I am the only person with my first and last name in the US. Oooo ahhh. I've at one time or another been paid to do each of the following: drive a limo
transport flowers for funerals, consultant work,
      research work,
      working as a telemarketer,
      being a resident assistant (RA),
      waitressing,
      hosting,
      babysitting,
      house cleaning,
data entry for college scholarship applications,
      voice over work,
      modeling,
      being a music video extra,
working set up and tear down for concerts,
      being an office manager,
      being a singer/songwriter,
      baker,
and probably some others I've missed.

I've also babysat roughly 150 children.

whenever I buy or receive a magazine, the first thing I do is go through it page by page and rip out all the advertisements and throw them away. Then I can read without all the distractions. I'm sure Ad agencies love this.

Well, It's not everything, but it's something. Does it do enough to tackle the problem of the actual COST of healthcare? We'll find out. I am hopeful, but skeptical at the same time. Honestly, I'm just glad to see something actually happening in terms of health care reform. We've known for decades that this was a big problem in our country, and it's not until now that we are seeing attempts at dealing with it.

That being said, The only people I've heard in strong opposition against it are either A: people with insurance, B: people who haven't needed healthcare, C: republicans, D: some doctors or E: all of the above.

And I'm sorry, but I don't have a lot of sympathy for Republican legislators who are upset. You had 10 years to do something, and you didn't. You did nothing. This is what happens when you do nothing for too long. Stop whining, start working. Thanks.

And as for the doctors in opposition, this truly does concern me, however, I was reading the status of a soon-to-be doctor today complaining about how he wasn't sure how he was going to pay off his loans now.. ..really? Are you freaking kidding me? Join the club dude!! The irony that I'm in forbearance on my own school loans on account of..GASP... medical bills!! So sorry to hear that you are not exempt from working like the rest of us to pay off school. Give me a break.

I'm sorry, I've tried to keep my emotions out of it, but it's kinda hard to do that when I am swimming in debt from medical bills that my insurance refuses to pay. I'm a working, tax-paying citizen, just like most of you. I'm insured and I pay out of my own pocket every month to ensure that I remain so and it really pisses me off to read people mouthing off saying things like:
"I can't wait to pay everyone else's health care bills just because they don't work. Good job, Idiots." Ummm HELLO! Millions of WORKING americans don't have access to healthcare... come on now!

      Sigh.

The fear-mongering and hate and anger that everyone has, the death panel smear, the racial hate-mongering, the wild claims about abortion funding, the insistence that there is something tyrannical about giving young working Americans the assurance that health care will be available when they need it, an assurance that older Americans have enjoyed ever since Lyndon Johnson...... it's just ridiculous!

So yeah, clearly I am biased. I've struggled with insurance for years while I've watched friends just waltz in and out of doctors offices paying $10 for the same care that costs me $250. So when it comes to the HCR,.... I"m hesitant, but still happy. So shoot me.

      Insignificance.

      Being insignificant.
      Feeling insignificant.
      Letting other people feel insignificant.
      Failing to do anything significant.

That's not a question!! But I wish that I would wake up with some cool talent, or ability or something that I was naturally gifted at that I could work at and master. Too many people I know just realized they were good photographers, or stylists, or designers or whatever. Like suddenly they had this "eye" for something different, they tried it one day and found not only did they like it, but they were good at it, and it just came naturally and then they continued to do it and work at it and they just got better and better. I don't think I have anything like that. Or maybe I am just not working hard enough at any one thing. What's the fine line between knowing if you are working at something you'll never be good at vs. knowing if you should just work harder? I don't like this wishing business...

Hermione from Harry Potter. (yes, I am a nerd) However, it was a toss up between here and Anne from Anne of Green Gables... but how could I resist the ability to do magic??
