The same thing I'm doing with my life right now. (Didn't I answer this before?) I have plans to become a better programmer and try to work for BioWare. But I can't become better without doing the work I do now, so I would keep my current job. But I would probably take more vacations. And go on commercial spaceflights.

Clothes. I really need a lot more clothes to wear (I think I have about four pairs of trousers that fit right now). And I'd get them fitted instead of buying off the rack.

I already love what I'm doing now! Maybe I would work less and travel more. But the truth is, what I want to do with my life is tied into the skills I develop at work. I want to work for BioWare someday, but to do that I need to become better at what I do and have more years of experience. You can't buy programming skills or work experience with money. Whatever career progress I could buy wouldn't be as fulfilling as the things I achieve with my own brain and effort. I'm lucky to be able to do what I love and earn money with it, so I want to make the most out of that whilst I can.

Getting sick. If I have to get surgery for the fourth year in a row I think I'll go crazy and not in a good way.

I seriously cannot remember. The last anime episode I saw was probably during the video programme at Abunai. I think it might've been Tales of Vesperia. It looked cool. I don't watch a lot of anime anymore...

I don't have TV, but the last TV show I watched on my computer was Deep Space Nine season 1 episode 2. I've almost finished watching TNG so I'm starting another Star Trek series.

Go on a vacation that requires taking a plane somewhere. I haven't flown since 2008, and I really miss it!

Who doesn't stay up 'till New Year's midnight!? Whoever sleeps through the fireworks should get an award for being an extremely boring party pooper.

Getting settled into my new apartment, having cats, making progress in my career, surviving the apocalypse.

Whenever I am not sleeping, cooking, cleaning, traveling, or hanging out with friends.

Japanese. Because I'm secretly still a weeaboo. Though if I could instantly become fluent in a language, I'd probably pick Chinese.

I'm critical of the news. All media is biased, so it's a good idea to be aware of the spin that gets put on whatever is being reported and make up your own mind. It also depends on the news category; world events are usually reported with more accuracy than, say, a "new study shows that..." article. As always, if you want to know more about the subject, do your own research. Do some critical thinking. The news is not 100% rational, factual, and objective. Consider the source and the reporter. Don't take whatever is being said as the absolute truth. That doesn't mean it's all a big conspiracy; it just means that you've got to use your head on your shoulders and not substitute a news report for your own thinking.

Cat videos.
Other than that, I have few sites I return to when I need a laugh, such as "rm -rf usr bumblebee" (https://github.com/MrMEEE/bumblebee/commit/a047be85247755cdbe0acce6f1dafc8beb84f2ac), Star Wars: The Backstroke of the West (http://winterson.com/2005/06/episode-iii-backstroke-of-west.html), some old forum threads (Dutch): http://forum.fok.nl/topic/867083 and http://forum.fok.nl/topic/138003/3/25 , thedailywtf.com , and sites like failbook, com, damnyouautocorrect.com ... -
I usually eat meat during dinner. I don't think I eat more meat than the average person, but I do love the taste of it. Especially a good medium rare steak, still a bit bloody...
I'm also a hypocrite because I like animals and sort of care about the environment, and the meat industry is terrible for both.
But... steak! -
Mindlessly click, post to and refresh social media sites until I have to go to bed.

Many things. Good food, friends, doing what I love, achieving my goals, pushing myself to my limits and giving myself a break, overcoming difficulty, learning, laughing fits. For most of my life I have fought to be happy; finding happiness in the smallest things was sometimes all that kept me going. I have days where I'm sensible and levelheaded; I have days where I feel like the whole world is beautiful and days where I feel like everything and everyone can fuck off and die. I have times where big happy things happen, like graduating, finding a new job and moving to an awesome apartment. And I have times where big bad things happen, such as medication with terrible side-effects or serious surgery. I keep trying to give a simple answer to this question, but there isn't one for me. There are too many things that make me happy to name, big and small; but I can't think of them without also thinking about the things that make me unhappy. And then I figure, that's what life is. A pile of good and bad things.

It depends on the year. Things keep happening in my life, good and bad, and they are not really dependent on a season or month. I do like December even though the holidays make me a bit dramatic and emotional.

Pepernoten met chocola eromheen. Marsepein vind ik ook lekker, maar niet teveel want dat spul is super zoet. En ik heb een chocoladeletter voor mezelf gekocht. :')
