I don't know. There was an idea once that it was from the French for beautiful friend - 'bel amis' - getting corrupted in Scotland during the misty days of the Auld Alliance. I just recently reinstalled Windows XP on my machine at home, and that appears to possess a classic of the genre.

To be honest I sign up so frequently to so many services just to try them out, that I seldom ever, ever look at T&Cs. I suspect it is abnormal to sign up to so many new things, but not abnormal to skip the T&Cs

One of the first questions it asked me automatically to get me started was 'Who's the most talented person you know?'. I didn't answer that. Firstly it depends on the talent - if it is getting your toes into your mouth then the answer is clearly my four month old daughter. If the answer is meant to be the most talented person I've worked with in the new media industry, then they are too numerous to mention.

That's tricky. My first instinct would be to try to head to Game and see if someone had published the strategy book for that level yet...

One that is controlled with a PlayStation controller. I'm great at playing F1 games. I can't drive.

Don't know about the worst advice I have ever had, but the best advice was that starting to worry about something indicates there is a problem. Use your energy to fix the problem, don't waste energy on worrying about it.
