I just recently (this week) started a Vietnam fund! A small fund so far. I really want to go back with my parents. I would feel wrong going before they get a chance to revisit. So this could be a few years.

Umm.. I've only had Saigon/Ho Chi Minh street food (amazing!) couldn't tell you where to go, everything is good!

Do get Pho, Banh Cuon, Bun Rieu, and rice cooked in lotus leaves.

When I go back, I want to see the more rural parts of Vietnam. I've seen some pictures from my friends' vacation pics and they're all breathtaking!
