It took me 5 months to find another job. I don't think it's my final career but I've been here a year and a month and love the people I work with, the location (my Alma Mater), the benefits, etc. I had a years worth of emergency fund before I quit which was what I used to justify the decision. The fund has since been restored and I am much happier now.
