      Surface: 1 to 2 months.
      SAL: 2 to 4 weeks
      Airmail: 1 week to 2 weeks

      Our youtube shows and packing live streaming cost nothing on our customers' end. Thanks to the internet, they absolutely free for you to receive and enjoy them. However, shipping toys to overseas are little different story.

      We deliver our physical items with actual weights overseas thousand miles from Japan. Not just only the items themselves, we need to make sure them to be protected from any damages during the international delivery with carefully bubble wrapped by our staffs' hands, boxed, and shipped them out. Our shipping fees are based on Japan Post official Postage, and all of our SAL and AIRMAIL are "Registered" which means you can automatically a part of Japan Post's insurance program for your items and you can get your money back when the item is lost or stolen after their official investigation. Also you get one tracking number which allows you to track your item just out from our office to your door and it helps you where your items are.

      Nothing is free. Why is postage expensive? Because there are people who actually working behind those toys on the show, and our all purposes are to bring the great toys to your physical door, not just only to your computer monitor.

      It depends where you live. Surface is usually the cheapest way to send the item but it takes 1 to 3 months to reach the destination. Please use our shopping cart and it will give you the estimation of shipping fee when you checkout. You still cancel the order before you actually pay to find out the shipping fees.

      According to Japan Post Office, it would be like around 2~3 weeks:

      But we have many customers told us our packages delivered faster than they expected.

      Our SAL & Airmail are all "Registered" and it means you will get a tracking number and an insurance program to cover the loss up to 6000 yen. When the item is confirmed to be lost by Japan Post Office after they conducted their 1-2 months investigation on the item, the insurance program would pay us back the compensation and we will send the money to your Paypal account. The procedure takes 2 -3 months to be completed.

      It happens when someone else paid for the same last item before you. Keeping in your shopping cart does not mean you are owning it. The system prefers someone who goes first. The system does not work like the physical shopping cart at your local supermarket. If someone took your item in your shopping cart there, you can stop him or her, but in the virtual shopping cart, it does not happen and the system use the basic rule, whoever pays first, get the last item first. Unfortunately, we can not do anything about this.

      According to Prostores' Support center, most of shopping carts are made for the first customer who pays first. It means keeping the last item in a cart does not mean you own it and if someone pays before you, since they have the same last item in their cart as well, and it is theirs. Since this is the standard procedure how the system operates we can not do anything about it.

      We understand this is not the system issue, but our lack of restocking ability. Since we are still small team with limited wholesale distribution lines, we need to grow more and we seek your future support as well.
