I think it's completely ridiculous. The whole claims of "ableist" are uncalled for as Derpy is not the first silly looking, clumsy acting character to grace cartoons. The argument of the deep voice isn't really strong because it was a mistake on the VA's part since she didn't realize Derpy was a mare.
I personally think that what's more ableist are the people attacking Derpy. The people that are suppose to be being defended that I've either talked to or heard speak up actually love Derpy and think the people claiming ableist are off base and actually more offensive. Basically, many of Derpy's attackers are more offensive and ableist because they are suggesting that the people they're "defending" can't do so themselves (and maybe even that they like Derpy because "they don't know better". Which is further insulting.)
Last I heard from the official response is that Derpy is safe. No explanation about the missing iTunes episodes though. (Hearts and Hooves has been pulled after it was accidentally released early and not put back up as of yet, suggesting maybe reposting after pulling is an ordeal?) -

The Jurassic Park versions, I'm thinking the Raptors, although neither are ones you want to randomly find in the woods.

Yes. Yes. A thousand times yes.

He's just this guy, you know?

I'm not fully up on my Disneyworld history: Was the park fully opened in 1955 or were some areas or attractions delayed until 56 and the park then "fully opened? Also, Hammond is kind of crazy.

If there's a steady paycheck in it, I'll believe anything you want.

That that's how the movie "should" have ended? No.
Funny video, but that's about it. -
I don't know of many comic directory sites, and save for one or two, if I'm part of any then someone else put me there.

Not in the near future. First I need to get updates regular again. And for a book, I'm going to need to redraw all the strips for it. (This is because of various file save mistakes, formatting, and general wanting to redo the art. There would be several pages of the original comics as best as I can get them for comparison and commentary though). I'd like to have the first book put together no later than November 2013 for the comic's 5-year birthday, but there's no way I can know for sure if I can pull that off unless this year goes a hell of a lot better than last year for both the comic and real life.

Alcohol wise, Ginger likes to keep her options open and it will often depend on what's available, who's paying, and who's driving. Of course, sometimes it's just a matter of what she's in the mood for. Simple rum, gin, and vodka drinks are go to drinks when there are specials are the bar. She also enjoys various beers, preferring usually wheats.
Ryan prefers beers and will drink a variety of them. He enjoys hoppy beers.
Kelly shares drinking habits to an extent with Ginger but would rather have wine to beer in some cases.
Comic may not overly reflect this stuff because while I'd given it some thought, I never was overly conscious of it. -

Man, it's been too long since I've seen the Clerks cartoon to give the proper response. Also, I feel like this has been asked before. Which I guess is part of that joke…

What do you mean? African or European?

Unless the unlikely event where I'm invited to some social activity related to it occurs, probably not. I'd probably be trying to get the next comic done. If I'm near a TV, I may occasionally see some of it when passing the room in a hunt for foodstuffs.

Honestly, the one I'm most familiar with is Puerto Rico, and even then it's a limited knowledge. I know in the case of PR at least that there's opinions of the citizens both ways about becoming a state, and that's probably true for all of the territories. To my knowledge though, Puerto Rico is the closest to statehood.
For an opinion of which I think should, I refer back to my not enough knowledge comment. -
I love that Derpy is show-Canon now (she's been production and Hasbro canon for a few months) and that she's to the point of speaking character. Curiosity about the Derpy Phenomenon is why I started watching the show to begin with, so I'm super pleased with the canoning.
I was initially… not impressed (is that what I'm looking for?) with her voice. I personally feel it could be a slightly higher pitch, which would come off (as far as stereotypical voices go) as more ditzy. The first listen, I felt some lines also came off better than others - as expected. Voices sometimes take a little while to find their mark so there may be some slight tweaking next time we hear her. The more I've listened to it, the more I've become comfortable with it. There's something about a couple of the lines though that still sound off to me, but overall I'm be perfectly okay with her voice.
I also think the complaints of ableist bullshit need to stop. -
We're assuming Jurassic Park style raptors - large and intelligent? Well the second book points out that as likely social creatures, they'd need to be raised to be social. On a better set up, properly maintained Site B, I would likely have a couple of experimental raptor raising groups (which would at the very least provide some scientific information) as well as implementing in at least one group Wu's suggestion of genetically decreasing aggressive nature. If these various experiments yielded no or negative results (the genetic manipulation may create dangerously too docile of creatures for public interest or their own health, the former Hammond's reason for being against it) then the raptor program would be scrapped. If the various experiments are successful for an animal that provides and entertaining and interesting experience within a reasonable limit of danger (zoos are full of dangerous animals), then they'll have a place in the park.
Obviously there's some question of ethics re: manipulating the animals, but I refer to Wu's argument in regards to doing so in the first place: These aren't REAL dinosaurs, they're genetically based off dinosaurs with best guesses and trial and error used to create them. There are a number of different ethical questions that arise from that, sure, and if you want to get crazy you can talk about various ethical questions about zoos themselves. The short response is that if you've genetically created a new creature that's representative of an extinct species that doesn't belong in modern environments, then the best way to allow others to see them is in an isolated environment where the environmental impact will be limited.
… That answer took a random turn away from the original question… -
For laughs: The "Invincible" PINK LUIGI
For reals: Various, but at the moment I suck with all of them so I can't be sure anymore.
