I'd love to learn how to speak Cree. I know a little bit, but I'd like to learn more. I've learned the grammar, but I really suck at memorizing the individual words. It's grade school French all over again.

Haha I don't know who asked this, but ... awesomeness comes naturally to me. It's an innate quality. :P As for the pictures: same. I didn't really learn, it's just something I do. I just want to show people how I see the world, so that's how I take my pictures, with the intent to frame the picture the way I see the object.

Dinosaur Park in Brooks, AB. We camped, went on a dinosaur fossil hike, and saw all sorts of beautiful cacti and things. It was gorgeous and wonderful!

Sherlock Holmes Collection by Arthur Conan Doyle is what I last read. In fact, I'm still reading it. I just started reading Green Grass, Running Water by Thomas King with my daughter. It's pretty hilarious. And I intend to read Leviathan by Scott Westerfeld over the holidays. It's a steampunk book.

omg Futureshop or Best Buy. Hands down. Although a $1000 probably wouldn't be enough for what I'd intend to buy there. *sigh*

It is sort of handy. It's mostly just a means of getting to know one another. :) I'm actually a distance IT instructor. I work for a company that access government funding and uses it for a program that provides IT education for Aboriginal youth across Saskatchewan in their home communities. The hope is that they don't have to leave their First Nations communities to obtain IT training and eventually provide IT services in their communities.

Writing is simply a hobby of mine. One of many. :)

Well, it depends on what part of Canada you're in and what time of the year it is. Canada is a REALLY big country. Here in the prairies it's -20C at the moment, and it's -7C in the mountains according to my friend. But tomorrow, the cold snap is supposed to break, and it's supposed to be a high of -5C here. Up in the Territories, it's probably about -17C for normal temps at this time of year.

It's really much warmer in the summer. :)

According to my boyfriend, who is from the UK, it's about a 7 hour plane ride going from Canada to the UK and 9 hours to fly back from the UK to Canada. Has something to do with the jet stream.

      Hope that answers everything.

I have no idea. It just did. Of course, I'm responding this way because it was ages ago when I installed it and now I don't remember what I did. :P

Perhaps because the point is to ask questions ... not shit. Har har har.

I wish I knew more about my Mohawk heritage. So I guess I'd have to go with Yellow Mud Blanket. He was Big Bear's brother. I've often wonder what he really thought of his brother's stand on holding off on signing Treaty with the Crown.

I'd have to say it's the where George and Sammy are looking at a pic of them with their cousin Frank of the Outback. He's a platypus. Y'know, the mammal that lays eggs, looks like a beaver, but has a duck's bill? Yeah, that one. Because when you're from the rez, you're related to *everyone*. Yes, even the duck and the beaver.

Hahaha! Well, it was a long and windy road to this level of AWESOME! One day, I decided that being less than awesome wasn't any fun anymore and thought to myself, "Self, you ARE awesome. OWN IT!" So I did. And it was AWESOME to inifiniteh.

Hmm. I've always wanted to live here on my rez, but I suppose if I *had* to live somewhere else ... it would probably be the city where I went to high school: Saskatoon. It's still in Saskatchewan, close enough to my rez that I could always come home, and has a lot of great things like 7 bridges, the University of Saskatchewan, the Synchrotron, the cutest little malls, the Bessborough (that Joni Mitchell wrote a song about!), Kinsmen Park, the South Saskatchewan River, and all sorts of things I love. There or Italy. :P
