      You're right - that does seem odd! Now I'm wondering if I accidentally deleted the sugar amount. Hrm. I will test the recipe again when I get a chance, but for now I would recommend tasting once you combine the cream cheese & PB (but before you add the egg). If it tastes like it needs sweetening to you, add a tablespoon or two of sugar.

      I have not made sticky toffee pudding, but I'm sure there are lots of great recipes for it out there on the internet!

      Hard to imagine not loving chocolate! But my husband loves mango, so I hear where you're coming from.

      I haven't baked much with mango. I do make my favorite fruit salad with fresh mango + strawberries + blueberries + fresh mint + a drizzle of honey. It's very good. I wonder if mango would be good substituted for the blackberries in the kuchen recipe I recently posted? Maybe a vanilla mango kuchen? Also, there's a recipe for mango sorbet in The Perfect Scoop by David Lebovitz. It's a great cookbook if you like ice creams and sorbets!

      I'll keep my eye out for good mango recipes and who knows? Maybe you'll see something on my blog one day :)
