I've lived in Calgary for about 11 years now. We moved here shortly after I turned 13.

If it didn't have to be an actual, physical store, then I'd pick Amazon so that I could pick out a variety of things. If I had to actually go into a store, then I'd have to say Williams-Sonoma. I could spend $1000 there in about 5 minutes flat.

TGIF was my favorite! My whole family would get together to watch it all: Family Matters, Step by Step, Full House, Boy Meets World and Sabrina the Teenage Witch. If it was back on again, I don't think I'd ever go out on Friday nights! I'd have everyone over to watch TV.

I'm definitely a sleep late kind of person, provided I don't have to go to bed early!

I've taken the Greyhound from Calgary to Toronto (and back) twice. Two and a half days crammed into a seat that's not very comfortable isn't all that fun. Luckily, I was travelling with other people, so I rarely had to sit next to a stranger.
During my first trip, someone stole my entire CD collection. I was pretty upset.
      I'd never do it again.

I was expecting this question to ask me who I would have dinner with, but since it didn't... It really depends on where we go for dinner. I'd probably try a dish that the restaurant is well known for.

I would try to fit in time with all of my loved ones. I'm really close with all of my family, so I'd do everything I can to see them one last time. I'd also try and cross something off of my bucket list.

I can be amazingly sympathetic. At the same time though, this can be my biggest downfall.

A couple of years ago, I received a box of wire hangars for a Christmas gift. Good thing it was only a gag gift! The friend who gave it to me works in a dry cleaning store...but my real gift was a box full of stationery! Yay!

Valentine's Day, from Stephen, of course. It was only a single white rose...but it was perfect, considering we have no extra money to be spending on things like flowers!

My staples are my great grandma's banana bread and some chocolate chip cookies...I'm always baking them. My favorite thing lately is Bobby Flay's German Chocolate Cake. It's a little bit of work, but worth every minute. Holy heck is it ever good!

Stephen and I have been together nearly two years now...we first met in March 2008, online. A friend convinced me to sign up for online dating, and created a profile for me. Within a week, Stephen had sent me a message, and we progressed to msn. We had many late night conversations that lasted for hours, and then decided to have our first date. He cooked me a three course meal, and I was smitten. By the third date, we we're officially a couple. A couple of weeks into it, he said I love you. I said it back, because I am head over heels in love with this boy.

As in my favorite part of my job? It's the little things, like being told I'm the best nanny or the "bestest maker in the whole world" (aka: a good baker), or when the kids give me hugs at the beginning and end of the day.
My least favorite part is the chores. Maids are paid more than nannies, yet nannies have more responsibilities.
Also, sometimes the kids can be total brats. I hate saying it, but it's true.
I still love my nanny kids to bits though.

There's so much beauty right at my fingertips (the mountains are an hour away) and the people here are amazing. Maybe that's cliche, but it's true!

New Kids on the Block, when they did their reunion tour. There's just something about seeing a band I loved as a kid and the adrenaline of thousands of screaming women...
