Wow, I have no idea when this was asked, but I have an answer.

We discussed this a lot in several of my classes, and everyone has a different answer. My answer has always firmly been a realist. Idealists seem to take people out of the equation. They think that we will somehow stop all forms oppression everywhere, and that's just not true. I don't mean to sound cynical, I just know it's not going to happen. Idealists also seem to think they have all the answers. They come up with simple solutions to every problem, as if every dilemma is so black and white. They can't seem to accept complexity, and every issue we're facing is so extremely complex. There are no simple answers. Of course, that's just what I've seen. Maybe idealists are the answer - maybe as a realist I will burn out much faster than my idealist friends. It's very possible.

I think I'll last longer, though, because I don't have any dreams to disappoint. I have something of an idea as to how people
work, and people aren't going to let me down. I'm not looking at life through rose colored glasses. Shit's tough and people are mean sometimes. My job will never be easy and things will probably hardly ever go my way. At least I won't be struggling
      with that later.

I'm sorry if none of that made any sense.

Well, hmm. You're making this difficult. Do you have other ways to contact me? If so, use them. Email me or text me, if you have my number. I can't exactly reconnect with someone who is still anonymous. And I can't decide if I want to reconnect if you're still anonymous, you know?

Chester's Hot Fries. That is my all time favorite snack. I could eat a bag every single day. (They're probably super unhealthy for you, but I eat them all the time. I looooove them.)

And so I don't appear like a total fatty, I also really like to eat berries. Blackberries are my favorite.

I love to cook!! I don’t get much of a chance to cook, though, seeing as how my dorm room doesn’t have a kitchen. I’m pretty excellent at making rice haha because it’s my favorite food. So far, I’ve not cooked anything that didn’t come out well, so I’m not entirely sure what my specialty is. I guess I’ll find out when I have my own kitchen and I can cook more often!

Any number of things! I eat lots of rice and lots of soup. For example, tonight's dinner consists of baked chicken, green beans, and rice. I'm a picky eater, but not as picky as some. I rarely eat Italian and I hate pizza and spaghetti. But, like I said, I'll eat most anything with rice. :]

I keep coming back to this question and I never know what to say...

So, I'm going to say going to UT. I've met so many new people here and living in Austin allowed me to get away from home. I also love college. I don't always love the school part, but I do love college. And UT is just such an amazing school - the pride is so infectious and I absolutely adore my school.

Kay. I'm going to be flat out honest.

      1) All the money I could ever possibly want. That way I can travel the world, solve world hunger, buy a ton of shit I don't need, all that good stuff.
      2) The perfect dog that will never die. Oh, wait, does that count as no death? If so, then just the perfect dog.
      3) To be a genius. That way I'd never have to study boring bullshit again. I could just focus on learning things I WANTED to learn and I'd be damn good at it, too.

In middle school, I was a little insecure. Who wasn't?

In high school, not so much. Now? Not at all. I'm pretty confident in who I am as a person. It's not worth the time being insecure. I really just don't give a shit what people think about me. You either like me or you don't and it's simple as that. I'm comfortable with the fact that not everyone will like me and I don't have to please everyone. It's impossible. Sooo, I just don't try! Life is just so much better that way.

hmm. I wonder what you're referring to? Also, now is a time that it would totally help to know who sent this, because it probably wasn't even directed at you.

Anyways, sometimes I just get frustrated with things and so I vent. I normally vent through a pathway where the person I want to see it won't see it. It's childish, yeah, but sometimes it's not important enough to confront someone over.

books!! or probably my Barbies. I liked to dress them in really pretty outfits and brush their hair just right and then just admire them.
