I only buy 'processed' meat from my local butcher, who knows where his animals come from, how they were raised, and I know what goes into my burger and sausage, and the processing amounts to an old fashioned mincing.

Enid Blyton featured as I was learning to read, still being read too, and as my first books, less famous works perhaps such as Galianno's Circus series, and a nature compendium in particular in preference to Famous 5.
Of course Superman featured large thanks to my Dad's gift of a compendium titled Superman from the 30's to the 70's.
Later I read the Hobbit, but didn't get on with LOTR. Then works by Asimov especially his I Robot collection, and Heinlein Starship Troopers. Dune by Frank Herbert was my favourite at 13.
From then on I read Wilbur Smith - Eagle in the Sky, enjoyed Archer's Kane and Able, Caville's Shogun, and Hong Kong Series. And Clive Cussler's stuff.
At sixteen I read LOTR having previously given up in the Two Towers at 12, but preferred the Chronicles of Thomas Covenant.
From then on I discovered girls, fast cars, and red wine, but not all at the same time. -

Oh Formspring, there are so many things I try on the internet, some are useful for a time, and then they wane. Like you.
But Breakfast. How can I in my hunger refuse to contemplate the first and foremost in importance meal of the day.
Simply ever since I saw the Breakfast of the Apollo Astronauts - Steak and eggs and other cooked Breakfast additions, that has to be the way to start the day.
Actually I come pretty close every morning. Thanks to my preferred low carb - paleo eating habits. -
I think a great deal of India. As the worlds most populous democracy, a country with a colourful history, and even greater future potential. India represents unique opportunity and challenges. I hope to work with India in the very near future, and to see India take its place within the Anglosphere.

Why thanks feelinbrandnew I try to post stuff that interests me, and if it works for other folks then that's dandy, and I shall check out your bloggings, and by publishing this reply as I am want to do, apologies to those who find these question and answers pedestrian. Also I should think you've just found some free publicity, of course my generosity is legendary, it's almost as great as my good looks, sense of humour, and above all my modesty.

I agree. There are ways to communicate in Tumblr - but it means Tumblr's installing addons like this.
However not everybody is willing or able to do so.

I don't know what you make of me. I have just recently been made an SU Champ, much to my own surprise, as I have been a vocal critic of V4 SU. That said I have always tried to speak honestly; to call a spade a spade.
I'm relatively new to Tumblr, despite having a blog here since 2007 I've only recently taken advantage of Tumblr, and consider myself a newb.
So far Tumblr has been a lot of fun - mainly because a number of good friends from SU came over recently, and because I've made some great new contacts here too.
The future is an undiscovered country, I have no idea what 'anyone' has planned for Tumblr; but I'm sure I'll be here and there fighting for truth and justice. -
It's a long story, I was born very young, as a precocious child I quickly grew up leaving home at 13, I had already lost a fortune by 21, and then ended up dealing in antiques, later I collected cars, lost another fortune, and a wife. Currently I am working in International Project Financing.
