I do like the claws...

I don't know you enough - past one conversation over dim sum - to really speak from any position of knowledge... Most of what I've heard suggests you can be quite mean when necessary - which I can appreciate!

We are similar in enough ways to be able to communicate with few words but different enough to compliment each other in the right ways. You're someone I can trust to have my back, even from a distance.

Probably pressure point play. It's something I'd like to know more about and being able to do a combination of comparing notes & brain-picking would be excellent.

Lots of Tumblr sites, for one thing. Mostly though I get inspiration from the person in front of me. I might have a basic idea of what I'd like to do, but the majority of the inspiration and variation comes from whoever I happen to be tying in the moment.

Don't worry about anything that happened before now, before this year. None of that matters. From this point on, things are going to get interesting - and so, so, so much better.

It not only depends on the person I'm tying but what I'm tying them with, and what I'm tying them for. When I tie for The Keyhole Sessions, for instance, it's very cerebral, as I'm trying to come up with a tie the model can stay in for a long time that offers more flexibility of movement and is also interesting to draw - and that I can do cleanly in about five minutes. Tying on my own, for personal enjoyment, I'm more interested in the connection between myself and the person I'm focusing on. I'm more interested in the process than the product, there.

I've not really watched either of them, but if I had to pick one blind I'd go with BG.

Any internal reaction I have isn't based on a conscious rejection of the word but more a remnant of old socio-cultural programming around it. Programming that's being worked on and deleted.
Cunt would not be my first word-choice unless the situation, dynamic and recipient required it. There's no special thrill for me in the word, in and of itself. Any thrill would come from my partner's reaction to & enjoyment from hearing it. -
All. The. Time.

@controlenthusiast was too long for Twitter. @controlenthused was an acceptable alternative for me.

Until very recently, no. That's changed somewhat, not due to any particular thing but more just a broadening of my interests.
I'm not as of now sexually attracted to men, but I'm also a strong enough believer in the fluidity of humans to not discount the idea that an attraction might arise one day. What I will not do, though, is force any kind of play encounter just to prove that I can, or because I believe that I should. -
No question. The same kind of excitement and focus and attention I give to anything I geek out about is the case for my kink as well. Playing with rope really appeals to the geek in me as it's very detail-oriented and manual dexterity based. Having said that though, another part of my geek where kink & sex are concerned is just getting really good at something, for the pleasure of being good at it.

Depends a lot on what I'm doing with it. For anything rough or fast, or involving take-down, I'd prefer to use jute. It's lighter, faster in my hands and around a body, and I love the sound it makes when strained against... a kind of creaking, like a boat tied to a dock.
Hemp I use a lot now for the sort of aesthetic tying I do for The Keyhole Sessions. I find I concentrate more on the colours and shapes I get out of hemp, and also it tends to be more comfortable (in my experience) for a model to wear for an extended period of time.
Both kinds of rope are, however, gorgeous in their way. -
No, I would not. It doesn't sit well with my personal code of ethics.

There's not an absolute number, in truth. It's so varied, depending on what else is going on in the week. I can go a week without. Or it's the first thing I do in the mornings.

Storytelling is an amazingly intimate experience for me. Especially when it's in person.
Tying someone, when we are really connected, is an amazingly intense and intimate experience. Probably one of my favourites. -
Great personal harm. From my perspective, no. I try to leave as little a footprint as possible (unless asked). While I was training in goju-ryu karate and krav maga I would occasionally cause harm to someone - and occasionally someone would cause harm to me - but I wouldn't refer to it as great or personal.
Funny when I think of personal harm my thoughts automatically go towards the emotional, mental or energetic, as opposed to the physical... -
That I'll die the way my father did, slowly and heavily medicated against pain, my body filled with poison and losing my brain to cancer - but that while it's all happening I'll be alone.
