I have many depending on which topic we are talking about. To place them all here and to explain why I like each quotation would take up a page or two at the very least.

Yeah. Unfortunately mobs can never be. And there's nothing to explore, as it's all the same. Although, it's now more creative based to compensate for this... Every person can use the /item command now. Mind you, Minecraft in general is getting old. Terraria, however, looks like it could provide a breath of fresh air.
