Softball/baseball. I also like tennis, and basketball from time to time.

Anywhere from 8.5-9 hours. I generally go to bed around 11 and wake up at a little before 8. I love my sleep :)

Not in the horror movie or "boo" or white sheet over one's head sense, but I believe that spirits of people do still exist even after they've died. Also, I believe dogs can see them.

Paper shredder. I think that would be infinitely quicker. Louder and more painful, probably, but at least I'd get it over with.
