What would you suggest to somebody who is already a full time freelancer, got a limited amount of portfolio work and finding it difficult to find new clients?
I'd probably suggest getting a job at a firm or taking a contract position where you can make some connections and grow your portfolio or work. ....once you do this for a while, making new clients won't be as difficult.
