I have been running off and on since college. Back in college I only ran about a mile a day, but I did it every day because I thought that what I needed to do to be in good shape.
I started running again for real a couple of years ago. I trained for my first 10k race and I was hooked.
As for being antsy, I don't always get that way. However, right now I'm in the midst of training for my first half marathon. I've put six weeks of hard work into my training program and the race is in another six. It's critical that I train and do so consistently in order to finish my race and finish strong. So yeah. That's why I'm antsy!
