Such a question could be compared to questions such as "why does the universe exist?", both in complexity and in profundity. I could write a thesis on this subject. Tea is so damn good because it is.

Master Chief and the Arbiter have fought on a few occasions, and the Chief always had the upper hand before the fight was broken up. Unless you mean the "Arby 'n' the Chief" series, in which case the Arbiter's superior intelligence, strength, size and physique would cause him to win hands down.

Good question, it's about 50:50 between the two jobs I've ever had (Fasthosts and the DWP), but the jobs themselves weren't particularly bad per se, I just pushed myself too hard and burned out. Plus they both had their own individual flaws such as Fasthosts having really arsey customers and DWP having really crappy computer systems.
